Precision laser cut components

At Swastik Laser Cut, our Mitsubishi ML 3015 HV II 2.0KW  laser cutting systems enable the cutting of a wide range of materials. If you are looking for fast, flexible laser cutting services at competitive rates, call us today.

Materials cut to your requirements

Our team can rapidly produce and deliver precision laser cut components to anywhere in the INDIA. Send us your dimensioned drawings and we’ll offer you a quote based around your requirements. If you need more complex components we would prefer to work with DXF or DWG format CAD drawing files, where possible.

Materials sourced and supplied

In the majority of cases we can source and supply material for your project. This includes the provision of relevant mill certificates and certificates of conformity, if required for CE traceability.
We also welcome the free issue of material, and we are happy to provide a laser cutting only service.
From prototypes to batch quality runs, you can count on us to deliver precision laser cut components to your exact requirements.

Our systems are capable of cutting

  • Mild steel 0.5mm up to 16mm thickness
  • Stainless steel 0.5mm up to 10mm
  • Aluminium 0.5mm up to 6mm
  • Brass 0.5mm up to 3mm
  • Titanium 0.5mm up to 8mm

Press Braking

A press brake allows for the bending of sheet metals. At SLC, our finest press is a 5-axis machine that is capable of performing complex folds within rapid timeframes. But before that happens, we will meticulously analyse your technical design to ensure that your final product measures up to your requirements.
In the absence of an existing drawing, it is possible for you to work with our team to produce CAM or CAD designs that will prove to be compatible with our press brake. Where needed, we will make adjustments that will result in success. To deliver anything less than success is not in our makeup.

Secondaty operations

Secondary operations are ideal for supporting our core production services and there are many ways that we can help. Assembling, machining, welding, jigging, tooling, anodizing, galvanising and bright zinc plating are all available to help realise your final part.
